Hahaha I have about 7 more ideas in the tank as well.... All are new innovations or improvements to existing ideas... No rest for the weary or wicked... Not sure which of those fits best

Make it square.
It may only be in that shape for testing and development. But if it IS going to be round, it will be a bit hard to grip easily and if it falls off the table, it will roll across the room.
If it's anything like your tips .... it will be awesome
Those are indeed R&D pieces... Size, shape, packaging, etc. will be evaluated and possibly even discussed here when the formula has been finalized.....

You said it bro. I just recently installed one of his tips and I'm still raving about it ! If the chalk is half is good I'm a buyer !
Packaging, Artwork and batch tests are all being worked out.... We will be doing a few different things than whats been done before so it's adding a little more time for me to be happy with the look and quality of everything..
