Chalk Holders

[I Got Lucky]

I seem to be losing(people swiping) too much chalk. I always use my own since the ones around the tables here seem to be 3/4 used, crap chalk or broken in half.

Can any of you guys recommend one of those personal chalk holders that either has a magnet or a stick that slides into your pocket?

I have not used the one on a stick. I love the magnetic holder that clips to the pocket.

Cuetec makes a good one. It's wood, has a chain and not a rope so it's durable, the part that holds the chalk is rubber so it won't fall out, and it has a tip pik inside when you unscrew it.

Mark your initials on the bottom/sides of the chalk cube with a Sharpie pen. I tried holders and don't like them one bit.

I did see a few of those for sale but they had a hole where u stick the tip in so you can only spin your cue, not brush the edge of the chalk while rotating the cue.

Which one do you have?

I like the chalk pouches. They attach to your belt and you can simply place a piece of chalk inside. You might lose a piece of chalk should it fall out BUT you won't lose the holder by it falling out of your pocket, etc.
