Challenge Match This Sunday on Live Stream!

Sounds like fun. I'll probably check it out. By the way, it would be great if you got one of the matches between Jimmy M and Bernie P from the 14.1 qualifier up there in your archive. I seem to recall one of them on the live stream being quite good. Didn't Jimmy run an 80 something?

I didnt record much of the straight pool from the live stream,the desert classic tour will probably have some videos from the straight pool up on there site down the road.They have a few videos there at www.desertclassictour.com

As further incentive, I'll chip in a dollar for every ball over 30 of the high run if it's over 30. Make me a poor man. Well, a poorer man.

I agree it is awesome but his money is safe,my high run is only 31 so maybe I can top it and win enough for a beer or 2. :smile:

I think we will finish Sunday night,I play very quickly and BVal wont have much table time so if we cant get done between 7pm and 2am then there is a problem.

It was a good match. High run was almost 20 by Lenny. Lenny won 150 to around 100 I think.

The final score was 150-84,I played ok,my patterns were horrible but my goal was to make it 8-6 or better every rack and work up a lead. They say Crane used to run 15 balls and play safe and win alot of matches that way but he could also run 150 and out too,I just chose to run what I could and duck.I think me and Brady will play down the road but I want to play the winner of Mark Cantrill and Mike Howerton for the Crown,haha.

Congrats. For what it's worth I enjoyed what little bit I got to watch. I think the score was somewhere near the 50's when I had to leave today.

Yeah, in my opinion the choice of patterns and especially the last 5 or 6 balls could have used some work. Not knocking you or Brady, man, just an observation. God knows I don't run more than you guys did. It was very interesting for me to watch this game because it's the first time I've seen people other than Sigel, Reyes, Rempe etc... I've been wanting to see regular people like me play so I can get a gauge of where I'm at and I feel good that you guys didn't run 70's and 80's out there. I really enjoyed the match and wish you luck with your next one. If it's on TAR again make sure to let us know.

Yes I agree its not straight pool how it was supposed to be played,I need to learn the game and patterns,its a tough game but a good one.I think its cool that we are going to have some B players and some lower A players coming up to play on the streams,it is nice to not know for sure what is going to happen or when someone is going to miss and screw up,the pros can be just too predictable.Its like Allen Hopkins says "Im going to make a prediction here.",its a sure thing,lol.Thanks for the compliment but we are not TAR,we are ON THE RAIL,haha.
