I just had a glance at the brackets. The following sixteen players advanced in losers bracket action:

Saez, Orme, Archer, Hjorliefson, Petroni, Hernandez, Daulton, Reyes
Salvas, Nevel, Basavich, Wilkie, Loar, Mills, Jeong, Strickland

The sixteen players that have been eliminated at the expense of the above are:

Bennett, Luat, Galati, Cruz, McCreesh, Raulston, Potier, Davis
Bryant, Macias, Frank, Kolacz, Bingham, Wilson, Chamat, Pickle

Daulton/Reyes and Basavich/Wilkie should be good matches. It's to bad about Ty Wilson but I'm happy he made it as far as he did.

I'm rooting for Shaun Wilkie over Danny Basavich...they've played each other on the Planet Pool tour, and I think Shaun call pull this one out. :) :D

I agree. Ty musta played a really good tournament. He is a class act.

shawn's a very strong young player, i've seen him play in a few
tournaments in my area. with some more seasoning - watch out!!
i was also pulling for josh brothers and matt krah their both up
and coming future pros if they stick with it.

Well, Barry, it looks like my match prediction was right. Unfortunately, I see that Shaun has lost the next match. Still an excellent finish in a field as tough as this one is. Barry - you probably know Shaun from Q-Stix before it closed, but Shaun is from Maryland and lives about 15 minutes from me. I have been in Q-Stix a number of times, having previously worked in Newark, DE. Do I know you? (my name is Kathy F)

:)
