I have made a few changes and adapted the Bosch PR20EVSK router mount. Tell me what you think.

I have also made a few changes to the adaptor that I had for the Ridgid router. I'll have them ready soon.

It's great to see that you have been thinking and designing over the winter, not just hibernating. The new mount looks great and I, for one, will be anxious to see the Rigid mount as well.

Looks good to me. Just me, but I do not like throwing chips towards the headstock. So picture 3-4 of the 1st post appeals to me more. But using the taper bars etc I can see how option 1-2 is very appealing to many.
Nice that you have thought of the horizontal aspect within the same system.

Here are some photos of the set up for the Ridgid router... It will also mount horizontally as well. Please I know that is not the correct bit.

The setup for the Bosch Variable Speed Router is the same price as my old mount. $35.20. It is available either with or without the router. The standard router base that comes with the router does require some modifications. I sell the router for cost ($119.00) and I charge $25.00 for doing the modifications to fit the mount. Or if you can find the router cheaper somewhere you can just send me the base and I well fit it to the mount. The Mount for the Variable Speed Ridgid router is going to be $75.00, and you buy your own router. They will not available for at least a week or so.
