Changing joint for a Pechauer

Hi guys I need to know if any of you ever changed a joint and pin for a Pechauer cue. I need mine to be changed and I was thinking of replacing the original one with a white phenolic ( don't like the actual balance) and the pin to 3/8x10 or Radial ( prefered). Is this doable and how expansive can be? I love the cue and I want a clean and perfect job.

I don't know if it can be done or how much that job would be. But I did ask a cue maker how much it would cost to change a uni lock to a 3/8x10 and it was $90.00.

Respectfully, we Cue makers don't quote prices in the open forearm. It's against the rules.
