Chat Room?

There is or at least there used to be but no one ever uses it.
 
I've seen several sites use a "Shoutbox" and it's great, you get a running chat box in a window to the left or right of the main content, and you can jump into the conversation at any time or just ignore it and go about your usual forum duties. I've never seen a site add one where it didn't get plenty of activity, it's just a nice option to have. I think azbers need a chatroom, I see lots of chatter in the chatboxes proved with live streams (like TAR's). We could do an irc channel but it's kind of a pain and nobody wants to install a special program to chat, something that works in the web browser is much better.
