After five months I think the problem belongs to the buyer of the cue. Something happened. No way would Baxter let a cue go out of his shop with those problems.Too Late!
Problem in China
On Sept 24 th Buyer left Positive feed back and said , " Great Burl , and Excelent hit ." As a lot of you know I been building cues and Joint Protectors for 28 plus years . I send a couple cues to China in September . I got this picture from buyer today saying something wrong with cue ...forums.azbilliards.com
Jim said he sent it to China, Cizco is in Australia. Cizco also said he bought it "in a package deal." it sounds like he is not responsible for the damage. However, what is certain is that Jim is not responsible either. Cizco bought it that way, its on him. It sounds like Jim will try to take care of the cue, and I'm sure they will work something out. its a beautiful cue, I think everyone would like to see it fixed.Too Late!
