Checking out this TS cue

No pics, but I'm kinda interested in this Tim Scruggs cue in the classifieds, wrapped linen, nice stained curly, with ss joint. Supposedly came out of Baltimore in the nineties. Has a small ts logo. What is the difference between this TS and others? Ballpark value? Thx

And hoping others will go look for the cue is silly and sorta lazy.
