I'll be in Chicago, Friday night, August 15th. More specifically Morton Grove. I see from Google Maps that Premier Billiards & Cafe is close by, but wanted to check to see if anyone here is familiar with the area and know of a great place to go play Friday night? Maybe a cheap tournament somewhere?

Not much tournamentwise on Friday nights. Most places are busy enough on Fridays that they don't need to have them on that night.

If you want to go old school, check out Chris's on Milwaukee in Chicago. It's not that far into the city, maybe 10-15 minutes drive from anywhere in Morton Grove.

Premier isn't terrible, but it's a pretty typical loud music and drinks place, mostly younger crowd. Not a bad place to get in a quick practice in but if you're visiting for the first time, start at Chris's.
