I know this is a stretch but i thought i'd give it a shot anyway incase there are any fellow AZers based in Beijing, China.
Next Saturday (25th October) there will be a Custom Cue Forum held in Beijing. The intention is for collectors or newbies to come together to discuss and exchange ideas about Custom Cues. As we all know China is THE emerging market for custom cues yet many locals are only familiar with big names like Southwest, GINA, TAD.. The intention is to bring together as many custom cues as possible from different makers for everyone to share and learn.
The forum encourages anyone and everyone to bring their beloved custom cue to display and it's free. At the end of which there will be a "People's Choice" to vote for the cue they love most.
A similar event was held in Shanghai last month and Beijing is the next stop. Hopefully this event can and will be successful enough to be an annual event.
I will share some pics with AZ when i return from the show. In the meantime any fellow AZer who's available to join do feel free to contact me via PM or my chinese mobile @ 186 27117171.
