China Open Stream???

Trying to figure out the China Open Stream. The page is not in English. Maybe it's not live now and it will just stream automatically? Is there an English Stream somewhere?

Hmmmmm, when I go to this site it looks like all ads. The player doesn't stream immediately and I don't know what button to hit.
