Chinese 8ball stream...........

I don’t watch much Chinese 8-ball. The woman SVB is playing just “ran” the table playing the solids in game 8, down 5-2, and she left the 5-ball on the table. The ref picked the ball up when she played the 8-ball.

Is it always like that?

(Edit: women get this handicap in an ICEA-sanctioned event. So much for gender equality in pool)

Freddie <~~~ wants the option to not make balls and win

I was trying to figure that one out too.

Shane played unbelievable. He ran out almost everything. Crazy good.

Shane is going down in flames. As for the "Wizard," the self titled expert on Chinese Eight Ball, he would do better just to report the score than try to explain what's going on in the match. He's pretty much lost in space.

and SVB has been knocked to the losers' side 13-6 by Wang Peng. His next match will be Saturday at noon (local time).

Shane is in the final 12. Win one more and he's in the final 8. Lose and he's out.

3 non-chinese left. Jeff Ignacio, Johann Chua, and SVB. All three on the B-Side.

Shane's next match should be Fri night 10pm central.

SVB is playing Yubo, one of the top C8b specialists. Wish him well but don't like his end of this.

Shane was eliminated. Any idea the payout for 12th place?

Wow, “2 stroke” Jeff Ignacio is on roll now in last 6. This may be farthest a non-C8B, non-E8B, non-snooker has reached in this event.
Now leading top gun Chu Bingjie 9-8 in race to 13.
Two time winner Yang Fan is the favourite to win whole thing

This Ref is something. The camerman doesn't even show her racking the balls from above, he just shows her from behind bending over the table.

Ignacio in the final 4. Scheduled for Saturday 11:30pm central. I imagine they will stream the hotseat match instead.
