I noticed that today is Chris's Birthday. He would have been 51 today. I miss Chris a lot, especially his upbeat messges despite all that he was going through. He always had something nice to say, or a smile to share. I really miss him.

I never knew Chris, but have only heard good things about him. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and all who knew him.

Tbeaux,

Reguardless if it was on another forum or not, why would you make a statement like this?!? She was just paying respects to the mans birthday. He was on the CCB forums, but based on your remarks, you probably already knew that. It means a lot from me because the man was from my home town. He pm'd whenever he got a chance and always answered my questions. What give man? I've never known you to be crass at a time like this.

Chris had many friends on both forums. Many people post on CCB and AZB so I don't see why that is an issue. Many of us loved Chris and admired his courage and his spirit right up to the very end.

I truly regret not getting the chance to meet Chris. Him and I had the best rapport on the screen, but I bet he was that way with everyone. I told him I would call myself, Chris, the other. He insisted I go by my name.

He was a very humble and likeable man. Chris was like everybody's best friend. His personality shone through the crowd like a beacon. I'll never forget his battle with cancer. While he was suffering in pain and crazy from medication, he still tried to make us laugh. He could, so he did, and much better than anybody else.

In the end, whether we knew him in person or not, he made us cry. We still laugh when we think about Chris. Maybe we still cry a little too.

Thanks for remembering his birthday.

Chris

I miss my brother...he was a dynamic man with tons of heart and friendly to the world. We spoke daily right up to his last hospital visit where he left us for the BarBox in the sky. A fighter in every respect of the word, a true warrior Chris was. The only thing I know is true is that his son SPIKE got his good qualities.

Agreed Voodoo Daddy~ Chris and Bob were friends for over 30 years. It was a unbearable loss for us with his passing. There is nor will ever be another Chris Cass.

I saw Heide and Spike last week, She looks wonderful and Chris would be so proud of Spike. Hopefully, they will be at The Windy City Open.
