Chris Nitti Quilted Bubinga For Sale

I started it on ebay for $500. It ends on friday. Its a great cue and I'm a poor man.

It has no points, no ivory, no inlays, basically one playable shaft...just curious what makes it worth $500? Help me people, I don't know much about Nitti cues...is this a good deal?

It actually does have ivory in it. All of the white in the rings is ivory.

Chris does have an excellent reputation as a quality cuemaker. He may be as well known as Scruggs and Mottey but he hasn't been making cues as long as them either.

You have listed that you own/owned a Gilbert cue. Nitti cues are along the same quality as Gilbert cues. Prices on cues from these 2 makers are usually pretty similar.

As far as playability is concerned, naturally thats for YOU to decide.

I will strongly disagree that the 12mm shaft is not "playable". YOU may not like a 12mm shaft but this one here shoots absolutely lights out.

There's my input. I hope that helps some.

it didn't sell

I'm just an honest person trying to sell a nice cue. Now I've got you all over my thread trying to put the cue down. I'm not sure what you have against me or the cue or what but get over it. This is supposed to be a friendly forum. If you have a problem and want to talk to me about it go ahead and PM me. I'm more than happy discussing it with you like gentleman. There is no reason to be putting down someones post selling a cue from a very well known cuemaker.

chris nitti

a quick search took me to indyq to see some of
chris nitti's cues

almost everyone knows how hard it is to sell a cue these days,
you practically have to give them away, and this is a good example.

$500 is a steal for this cue, figure $150 for each shaft and $100 for
a leather wrap and you're already at $400.. not to mention the ivory
or the time spent on this unique piece of wood, or the wood.

Thanks for the kind words. Indeed selling cues is tough these days.

The cue is sold pending payment.

I am glad the cue sold, his cues hit great and he is wonderful to deal with. A real class act. This was a lot of cue for the money!! BTW, I like the way you represented the cue during its sale.

Will ;) ;) :) :)
