I am a fairly new cuemaker and I enjoy all of the posts and have learned a great deal from the AZ forums. At this point cuemaking is a hobby. My Family owns a gourmet meat shop south of Kansas city anyways to make a long story short I am offering free shipping to anyone that would like to try our meats for the holiday. I am looking for a standing rib roast for 7-8 people. I am not a cuemaker, but I am cue buyer...LOL.
