chuck starkey diagonal and banana spliced cue

in an attempt to get the " a " joint area more ridged i made this cue, looks kinda funny, but plays very stiff.
19 oz purpleheart with curly handle. there are 3 banana style splices in the " a " joint area, kingwood over the ph and curly, then birdseye and just for looks a piece of buckeye, over the kingwood ph., buckeye ring at the butt.
shaft is an old brunswick recycle its birdseye with an everest tip, 12 3/4 mm, no ferrule and my standard wood pin 1/2 by 8 threads.
