Classes at the World Championships

A lot of people have asked me if I will be in New Jersey at the end of August for the Straight Pool World Championships. My standard answer as always been, that if I could schedule an instructional clinic during that time, then I would be able to go. I am not able to take a few grand and just go to a pool tournament for a week. If I had the means to do that, trust me, I wouldn't use the money to go to a pool tournament.

Anyway, I have an offer that is similar to the offer I made for Derby City a few years ago. I am offering a 14.1 Clinic at a greatly reduced price that is open for 12 players. The information is in this video -

Classes At Straight Pool World Championships

I am very reasonable when it comes to instruction rates -

If there is enough interest, then I will make the arrangements to get the tables and the times that we can do this. I have already taken the time off work to do this - so I will be available on those dates. I just a need a way to get up there and back. So here's what I am offering.

I usually charge $200 for my complete 14.1 course - during this event, I am offering the course for $100. That's the best deal you'll ever see.

While I am not 100% sure I will make it there, if I do, count me in for 14.1 only.

I know you can't cash that statement but I am pretty sure I will be able to go. I just got back from Paris with the wife. Got her a Gucci purse. Am building up points and would like to redeem them at the end of August.

Day 3 - Mental Game and 14.1.

This is usually an 8 hour course, and I am cutting it down to 6 hours, so it will take me some time to divide it according to time constraints.

Sounds great. I am pretty sure I am going to the event, I just need to see how much time I can get away with. I know I am playing in the Mid Atlantic Four Ball Championship on August 24. Unfortunately I am a much better golfer than pool player.
