Seriously, I think everyone wants to know why the raffle did not take place tonight. Everyone was paid hours before the drawing. I know it is the same odds if the drawing was tonight or Friday, but everyone who voiced an opinion wanted it tonight. I think you will be hard pressed to find one person who wanted the drawing on Friday...maybe now that we see the results.:(
 
I honestly think that if you request a number. It should be priority to get the numbers paid for. Cause like in this case it only give everyone that what if.

So not only does he not follow through on a deal with you, but then he causes the raffle go another day which has your number come up, and you not winning the Gilbert. Maybe he needs to COWBOY UP!!!!

I guess I know who isn't on Ross's Christmas Card list anymore:grin-square:

Well I kind of understand where some of you are coming from. BUT keep in mind there was no Deadline to make payment once all the slots are taken. Yes many of us paid prompt and there was one that I know of that just..... Well you know. I for one could care less if it was held last night or this friday if everyone was not able to get paid on time. and yes I would still feel that way if my number came up last night.

Life gets in the way sometimes maybe he has been away from the computer for a couple of days due to ?????? Give the guy a break that's holding this raffle for us..
 
hi, guys

please understand that I had to give a reasonable time frame for people to pay up (usually a few days after first couple pm's)

and I had to leave my computer few hours b4 the last yellow ball was drawn, while 2 spots havn't been paid for.


hopefully no one get offended by the decision I made earlier, which I just didn't want any "last sec" action to cause any confusion.

someone will get this pretty cue soon and be very very happy!! Good luck!!

I know raffles are not easy to run. I have ran plenty of them, and also have been screwed before. I just do not like how all spots were paid for a few hours before the drawing, and the drawing was carried over. In your original post you said the next drawing after all were paid. Just a little ticked, but oh well.

Good luck to everyone on Friday, and I hope 32 comes up again!:)

I think this says it all, I feel for Rossaroni but sometimes things don't roll your way and at least Dainese made a decision and stuck to it. Kinda rare now days.
 
This being the 2nd raffle I have entered here, it is beginners luck! Thank you all for the congrats, this handily beats the last raffle I won which was for a book on Nicolas Poussin.

I am sincerely sorry for the problems because of me in this raffle. Due to problems with my bank and then my computer starting saturday afternoon I was not able to get payment sent in and had no way to contact anyone to let them know what was going on.

Again I am sorry and congrats to the winner
