Watched a few racks last night. Agree it's a nice setting.

Do have to wonder if using that Vice City artwork is entirely legal; it's unmistakenly straight from the video game franchise. Imagine it's a small enough event not to be bothered but hope Matchroom is at least aware since their name is involved.

Krause won 11-5 or 11-6 I believe. Not sure about payment or how much they were even playing for.

it's brutal the way he does it sometimes.. i like bijsterbosch, he's a fun player to watch, but filler just nuked him. and you can see the kind of dominance/momentum he has against a player he's beaten so many times, playing much more aggressive and risky

I watched most of the Alcaide-Bergman match. Slow, indeed. I paused the vid, let play go on, then caught up using FF to skip thru the in-betweens. Always the way to go.

Anyway, lot of cat-and-mouse in this match. Two great safety players. Bergman got the edge in the end. interesting to watch.

On the other hand, AJ Manas beat Vitaly Patsura in large part because he played better safeties. Neither was particularly good or close to the level of Alcaide and Bergman. Patsura really missed the mark on several key safeties.

A shame. Patsura has a good game and great stroke, but the little things get him all the time. Mediocre safety play and bad misses out of nowhere on relatively easy shots.
