Up for sale is 70’s Huebler AS-H4. I bought this cue a few years ago after I purchased my first huebler because I liked the first one so much. The cue was really banged up so I sent it down to Scott at Proficient Billiards for a complete restoration.
The cue was test hit when I got it back and went in a huebler case and forgotten about until this morning. Butt says Cues by Huebler and has a brass pin if that helps anyone date the cue
The cue is test hit and near mint. Shaft is straight. I did not notice any roll (maybe ever so slight…I always say that just to be sure but there is no wobble when I had it on the table today.
Joint- 5/16-18
Handle and forearm- Coco with very pretty wood rings.
Wrap – the original wrap was ruined so scott put on a new linen wrap for me. Feels really nice
Shaft 1- 12.35 at the ferrule. I don’t know why. The cue came this way to me.
Weight - with the shaft 19 oz. But is 15.5 ish (tough to read on a food scale)
Triangle tip as per Scott.
Price 425.00 with the case. Scott said this was the value of this cue two summers ago. I am throwing in a huebler case with it which I see selling for around 50-75.00 with the cue. Price is negotiable (since I am not a cue appraiser and do not know the true value. Please send me a price, I might just accept it).
Pics on their way
