Copied straight from the label on my bottle.
Fiebings Boot Care.
Leather and reptile cleaner and conditioner.
Polishes and preserves genuine leather and reptile boots.
I use it on my python boots. When the scales dry out they start to curl.
After an application of the above, everything is nice and soft again and I can smooth out the scales.
I'd be surprised if it didn't work on your wrap in the same way.

Use a soft dry cotton cloth, wipe in the direction of the scales to remove dust and dirt. Use a small artist's sable paintbrush to gently remove dirt and dust from edges and crevices of the scales. Do not lift any scales.
Cleaning is best done with a cotton cloth slightly dampened with plain water. Lizard skin / scales are water resistant. Don't get the wrap really wet! Don't use soap products! Both can cause drying and curling of the scales.
Use conditioners specifically made for reptile leathers. Do not use any kind of wax.
C'mon. We all know that lizards are waterproof. They come from the jungles for crissakes. If it's really grundgy, take it to a car wash.
