Cleaning or dyeing wrap

Hi all:

I have a question about cleaning and or dying elephant ear. My cue has a black EE wrap; I got some wax on it and it dried. I used a coach leather cleaner and now I think I removed some of the dye. Not a large area, about 1.5" X 1/8". I presume it is dyed, not sure.

Any ideas or advice greatly appreciated. Of course. I should probably just left it alone.

Dave,

You can re-dye that spot, some times liquid black shoe polish works, or you can spray the wrap with a leather sheen spray. Lots depends on what that spot looks like.
