Does anyone know how to get stains out of Simonas cloth. Spills like soda or beer. Can it be steam cleaned?

I think there is a thread on this but your best bet would be to contact Simonis directly. If they can help you they will. They are customer friendly. Let us know things work out.

I've been looking for the answer to that question myself. I've tried some of the products that are on the market specifically for this application, but none of them seem to work well. I'm currently testing several other products outside of what the billiard industry offers in an effort to find something that will work better. I think I'm getting close to a "find." I'll get back to you on that.

Thanks Roger. Please update us if you come up with something. I will try to get info from Simonas.

Glenn and I were just talking about this yesterday.

His advice is to use very hot water and Woolite shampoo. Use heavy rubber gloves so you can stand the hot water.

You may want to send him a PM to confirm what I just shared with you.

I use Blue Coral foaming upholstery cleaner on mine. About $6 at an auto parts store. There was a thread someone else mentioned it in

Table

This subject has been covered time and time again, I've posted on this long ago and the products I use.

One of our cats vomited on my table, seriously. I was able to remedy the problem using the following items:

1. A sac
2. Several medium weight rocks
3. The Potomac River

Pool cloth is mostly wool, so anything that is safe for wool should be OK for experimentation.
As a previous poster mentioned, RKC recommends Woolite, hot water.
