Club memership

Easy to see how you arrived at your chosen/given handle. I also applaud your and others attempts to bring some sanity into an otherwise emotionally overheated arguement that has been discussed ad nauseam.
I was not personaly offended in any way, and respect your right to express your feelings. I do, however, feel a better analogy could have been found by a gentleman of such obvious intelligence.

Just remember that internet forums are traditionally free - so that's the culture and mindset. Although I joined the club because I think it's good for the site and I want to help support AZ and Mike H. in his efforts, there are many members who chose not join but contribute greatly to the site with useful information and ideas. Then you have some people who don't have paypal, credit cards, etc.

Chris, I almost feel like I should've just given $35 separately and NOT have club member logo just to disassociate myself from some of the "look I'm a club member why aren't you?" members on the forum. And it would be fun just to antagonize 'em.

Sorry but I find absolutely NO humor in claiming Club-like member and using a club membership banner as your avatar.
All it does is highlight your friends affinity for being a trouble maker.
I am shocked and disappointed that a person of your integrity would be associated with such a disrespectful action. :shocked2:

Unbelievable band to see live.

Led Zeppelin was my favorite band back in the day.
I played lead guitar in a cover band in the early 70's.
One requirement was you had to play Stairway to Heaven exactly like the record.

Personally i think its the Mods call.If they feel a person just uses their site to sell and not post anything else then they might want to charge a listing fee.
If its a once in a blue moon sale or trade I have no problem with that either.
But its not really any of our business how Mike runs this site or why he does what he does.I for one will not question his motives.I will just thank him for having all of us into his place.
