Pictured below are 3 pictures of a couple of my machines. First one is of my 4-headed CNC parts and pocket mill, the next one is a single head CNC parts and pocket milling machine, thrid one is looking from the tail stocks to the vaccum plate and spindles, on the 4-head machine, the fourth is looking down at the NSK's. both machines have NSK spindles.
Please scroll down to rocket cues, as he posted the pic's for me.

Have pricing on the single head 4- axis CNC, mill, as seen in the picture below, with the NSK spindle, $10,450.00, without the NSK, [you can furnish your own spindle, I'll install it], $7,500.00.

My new 3- axis CNC proflier/saw, takes up about 4 sq. ft. it stands on it's end, $3,450.00

Pricing for any CNC or Mechanical multi-head machinery, quoted by phone. 830-275-0302

Hey Leonard,
Just send the single head machine to me. I think I can afford to send you $25 a month of so :p

machines

Very nice. I am impressed. One of these days I am going to look in to CNC......

Thanks for your kind words.

Building machinery is not as easy as some think. It takes a lot of engineering and many, many hours to get to the finished product. I tend to build heaver machinery than most do.

There are a few reasons for that.

My machines are incredibilty strong. They are beefed up, and structuly sound. All parts are machined by me, as well as built by me. I'm known for my HEAVY DUTY machinery. I've always built them extra strong. My machines hold very TIGHT TOLERANCES, they repaeat as they should, time and again..When building cues, we all do not want glue lines showing up, repeatablity is very important. My machine produce that, provided your programs are written correctly..

In the past, I have built single spindle CNC mills, and some up to 8- spindles. I also build a CNC combination mill and profiler saw, for those who may be interested.

If any of you have any type machinery in mind, give me a call, so we can discuss it, and go from there.

again, thanks for your kind words.

Equipment looks good. I've been tickled with Blud's cnc saw fixture that I bought a few years ago. Heavyduty, stable machine. Like to see the standup unit. Space has always been a problem for me.

Leonard,
On the stand up saw profiler do you cut from ferrule to joint or versa vice or does it really matter??? Got any pictures of it to share??

either end

Tom, you can start from either end, The drive spindle, [rotation] is always on the big end, of the shaft or butt, [ more surface for the drive to turn shafts or butts]. The tail stock is spring loaded so I normally start at that end, [ ferrule first, and joint end of the butt first] you can do either end, but, pushing toward the drive end insure a positive turn with no slipage.
Keep in mind, if you want to start at the other end of either, you will have to reverse your programing to start there.
No pictures as yet, will post some later on..

bad ass

Hi Harry, yes they are really nice machines, my machines cost a wee-bitt more than most, but well worth it over the long haul. There heavy duty, and hold up to day in and day out machine work. I put a lot of thought into my machines, therefore, the cue maker can keep on doing what pays the bills.
I like to use top shelf stuff, just like the NSK's, never have had any problems with them for over 20 years.

There are several machines to be purchased out there, [ LOTS OF NICE STUFF],I don't think there's any as stout as mine, [if so, haven't seen them yet], but my machines are not for all, most hobbiest buy from Chris and a couple of others, the more serious makers [ who want to turn it into a major part timers or full timers] buy mine, not all but most do.
Thanks for the PM..

Joey, it can come with either, but steppers is what is used mostly, with the new software, when machining woods, [ cues], one can not tell which was used, sotware, is really good now a days. Steppers are a little less than servo's. If someone wanted servo's, of course there would be a price increase, over the steppers.
thanks
