I've used this with good success. It will even let you output to .swf, which you can simply upload to your webspace. It's free and open-source.

The video worked but it's a bit too large. I am running a wide-screen 19" monitor at 1440x900 and had to scroll both up and down to see the edges. If you can, record at 800x600 or 1024x768, it would make viewing much easier.
