Update

I just shot a few racks of balls with this cue

I always wondered if the top(I mean very top elite) players cues
might play a little different,if they might have a little different feel

I wondered if they played with a taper that was noticeably different from
the standard ones

I just found out , ,two of the shafts were made to a certain great players specs,that is shafts
by the cue maker that he always has his shafts made by.,

So he knew I was always asking him about these things and Dennystopped by Dallas for lunch
and gave me the cue.He knew I would experiment with it and probably sell it but said it was mine to do what I wanted

I discovered that on shots requiring inside English to get the cue ball off the bottom rail
where most of my shots peter out,with this cue I easily got the cue ball to center table

As you probably can tell I am not a great player,not even very good,so all this added power
causes some trouble for me since I am not used to it

Also on the banks where you need to spin the object ball wider and ,take the English
,I am actually getting results that I was unfamiliar with,Some shots where I seem to come
up short are actually going long or wide

I have been informed that the cue would be more
reasonably priced at $1800 by people familiar with the cognoscenti cues so
I have set the price

I will sell 5 shafts for $900
not the two long ones

I would then probably keep this cue as I am really liking the way it plays

Buy any shaft for $225 or 5 for $900
or
buy the whole thing for $1800
