Collector Billiard Balls

Hey all. Just curious about collectable pool balls. Like I have the Mcdermott 8 ball and 9 ball with the clovers in place of numbers, and I've seen the Joe Camel 8 ball with the Camel in place. I think they are cool things to display around the pool table and I didn't know if there are others out there. Of course the sports themed balls, but I'm not to keen on those. Are there like beer themed 8 balls or cue balls or anything like that?

odd and different balls

there are some odd balls on the aramath web site, lepord striped and such. I have a harley davidson 8 ball, as well as several complete sets of unusual balls i will probally be posting in the for sale forum..

I have a Canadian Club 8-ball that I think was a bonus, thrown in with something else I bought that I can't remember what it was...so, yes, they're out there.

There was another thread here about 3-4 months ago about collecting billiard balls. There were some interesting pictures there. Ebay is a good place to look. Here is one seller who has a lot of old balls (generally at premium prices) http://www.ebay.com/sch/m.html?_ssn=onehole Here is one of the balls he is selling from a "poker" set. Other balls in the set are K-Q-J.

I think maybe collector balls were the wrong way to describe it. Maybe more like novelty balls like the Joe Camel balls, or like if bud lite put out a cue ball or Marlboro had an 8 ball or whatever.
