I read in the Blue Book that one of a kind cues by certain makers could command many times the price that's listed in the book. My questions was what senario of cue or maker could command many times and by how many times could/would/can they command in this day in age? How many times the price is a fair assessment of it's relative value to a collector. I realize there are collectors who collect to sell and others that collect to collect and keep. This question would probably be better directed at collectors w/experience in this, but also wondering what all other people would think. Also, does anyone know who taught George Balabushka? Who'd he work with?
