I offer my apologies to anyone I may have offended in the senseless angry post I have posted earlier.

I did not mean to be rude. Just blinded by frustration. I will take care in my use of words in the future.

The thread did not lose any meaning at all. It actually provided exactly what you asked for...opinions. You did not ask for information from dissatisfied customers only, you asked for opinions. That is excatly what you got from Icon of Sin and pharaoh. It is confusing why this would upset you. Do you have a right to be upset because your cue isn't what you thought it would be, or is possibily defective...yes. But you did get what you asked for in this thread. Good luck with the cue and finding a break cue that fits your game.

By the way, I contacted this local supplier that you provided me, and I explained to him what you said.

...I also get countless number of enquiries [about the X Breaker] but have not received a single complaint nor have not replied an email that was sent to me. Thank you for bring it to my attention.

It is strange to me as so far all those who have tried it has reflected that it breaks well. However, I will try to look the person up and see what is the problem.
