i had to sell this to someone else. i haven't heard from the guy it was supposed to be sold to in weeks & weeks. i was showing it to an old friend & this other guy wanted to hit with it. he hounded me all nite about selling it to him. i tried several times to reach the other guy to give him one last chance to TELL ME SOMETHING, if he still wanted it, if he had the money, and all that jazz. i can always make him another one when he's ready. crazy i know, but i feel kinda bad about it. maybe he's got some problems right now.

Nice cue!

What I like:
- Really like the figure in the birdseye handle, it set's aprt from the cocobola nicely

What I don't like:
- The rubber bumper seems to be just stuck on there, doesn't flow with the cue, maybe it's the shape

- I don't care for the black joint

Just my thoughts, take however you like.

thanks for the input. i could have recessed the bumper a little more. i've switched to the flat style bumpers and have been recessing them at least an 1/8". i like black. :D i grew up a johnny cash fan

Yes, they are okay, but just okay .... A different color might
have complemented the cue a little more, but I have this
penchant for gold rings ... lol (a dark gold in this case).

I like black too. Maybe a silver or gold ring in the joint and the shaft collar would set it apart a bit.

A flat bumper would flow much better, or deeply recess the round one. Looks good though!
