Mike Webb refinished this cue in July, 2014. Untouched since refinish, not even test hit.
Four maple points with single black veneer. Forearm is red heart, buttsleeve is ebony with four large ivory diamonds and an ivory Hoppe ring. Joint pin is stainless radial with a sleeved stainless joint. Webb installed new ferrules and tips on three shafts. Two standard and one ld. Standard ferrules are linen based melamine (LBM), ld is the shorter ferrule and I believe it's his proprietary material. One standard shaft is 12.95mm, the ld is 11.95mm and the other standard is also 11.95mm (hits very much like the ld and has beautiful long straight grain). Cue weighs between 19.1oz and 19.4oz depending on which shaft. Balance point is 19". Irish linen wrap black with white specs. Cue has great stiff hit. Price is $1,000.00.
