I've always preferred the way it's done in snooker...even in cheap money games or practice.
You may concede the game when it's YOUR shot.
So if you leave a hanger, go sit down....IT'S NOT YOUR SHOT.
I prefer the tournaments where concessions are not allowed.
Disclaimer...I have made and accepted concessions...but I think it's not right.....
....it was more like going with the flow of that particular environment....
....but it's not good for the game in the long run.
