Thanks!
That was definitely my best performance at the Sang Lee event so far. We played 40-point games in the semis which were longer than the 35 in previous years. In both cases I got an early lead and then towards the end the champions caught up to me and got slightly ahead. It looked like average was going to play out but somehow I managed sneak by and win anyway - very lucky!!
Also in the qualification round I had my best *loss* ever against current US champ Miguel Torres. He beat me 30-25 in 16/15 innings. That means I lost playing 1.667! Very strange feeling, indeed. Unfortunately, we met again in the semis and I played my worst game of the tournament 0.438

My other "good" loss was in the semis was averaging 1.190 against Patino.
I had an "official" run of 11 in the qualification rounds, but the 13 was after hours against AZ's
cuetable, Wei Chao. 13 is my high run, and I made the most spectacular miscue on the 14th to keep it that way

Wei diagrammed something similar in the Carom Cafe section of his Public Library site on CueTable.com
here. I gave my responses there as well as a diagram of the way I remember #14.
