Well, the different group scorecards aren't PDFs - if you highlight content within the scorecard area or just view the source for the page, you'll see it's HTML.
Viewing the source, usually if the page is dynamically created (i.e. data drawn from a DB and code generated on the fly), you'll see odd spaces in the code, line-feed-wise - and I don't see any of that. But the end bit of the URL - the .asp page, the "G=##" with ## being the group number - is a sign of dynamic content.
