Contact Point and Visual Distortion

A typical pro probably doesn't consciously pick a 1/32th of a ball and aim for it. However, when they let their subconscious do the work for them in picking the exact alignment, no matter what conscious aiming method they use (contact point, ghost ball visualization, CB/OB overlap, fractions, whatever) the resulting accuracy can be even more precise. Using the subconscious is almost anyone's best aiming system eventually, if they practice for long enough.
Exactly what I was getting at in post #32 with the ESM formula.

For me it is a must to play that way as my eyes just don't work that good.....when someone comes up with a good brail aiming for pool system....I will be all over it.

Just for the fun of it... "Capiche" is English. It is one of several English spellings for the Italian word, Capisci (kah-PEE-chee). 😉
You are correct. Capiche is American slang as an exclamation, but since it was used by Italian Americans, too . . . at least in movies . . .
