Contacting cue makers

Who are you trying to contact?
You'll find that a lot of cue makers are on social medial like Facebook and Instagram. Quite a few have their own website as well.
Like Ryan said, I hate being called up all the time, it's often a waste of time and it's often things that could be better presented in an email.
People love using messenger and it's handy as sharing links, pictures etc. but it's also incredibly distracting.
If people want something made or repaired, I always prefer email as it's so much easier to go back and see what's agreed upon.
I'm not sure if people are aware of this or not, but at a given time, I can easily have 10-30 projects in the works, some simple, some more complicated and I make a work sheet for every customer, so I don't loose track of what we agreed upon, when I started the project and repair and pricing.
