Convert 8' Pool Table to Snooker Table

Does anyone know where I can find a good reference or detailed information of how to convert 8' pool table to snooker table? I live in Kansas City area and I've never seen full size snooker table around here. So, I decide to buy an old pool table and try to convert that into a snooker table.

I know 8' may be a little too small for snooker but it's better than nothing.

Thank you

I'm compiling a list of U.S. pool halls, rec rooms, etc., with snooker tables. The full list and a Google Maps page will be online within a week, assuming I get enough time to work on it.

Of the eleven listings I have for rooms in Missouri with snooker tables, the closest to you with a 12' table would probably be the following:

Pro Bowl Lanes (two 6 x 12 tables)
505 E 18th Ave.
North Kansas City, MO 64116
(816) 221-8844

A while ago I posted the list here:

Maybe you could contact Chino to play a frame or two.

Of course there's nothing quite like having your own table at home.
