Converted Billiard Table/Wrong Profile or both?

There is about 1/4 - 3/8" of uncovered subrail wood below the lowpoint of where the cushions are attached. The rubber does not extend to the bed of the table. The top is slightly humped, the rubber below the point is slightly convex inward (bowed).
Yep, K66 cushions on the table are the wrong ones, they should be the K55 cushions;)

Difference between 66 and 55 is 1/8"
If the subrail was not modified and he feels 3/8-1/4 of subrail below the low end of the rubber
then sight unseen I'd guess they're U23

But why are we guessing here?
Take the cloth off a rail and shoot some photos here since the rails need to be fixed anyway.

Actually, if I could measure properly I would be a lot more help :). I used a ruler and did not account for the space before the ruler "starts measuring" which is about 1/8". This makes my measurements I have given you 1/8" too high. The cushions are 1 1/2" rather than 1 5/8" and the wood gap is about 1/8". I think Glen is correct. K55 rails should have been used in all likelihood. Sorry for the confusion and many thanks to all for the diagnosis. Now to find someone in Denver that can do this without destroying my table...Thanks again
