Supposedly Corey has had an open offer to play Bowman on a barbox for a long time. Did the match ever take place? Anyone know? And Jesse is known as the best barbox player out there, how come he hasn't responded to Corey's offer (if they haven't played)?

it will be interesting if this ever takes place....someone on here posted corey would play jessie even up bar box a little while back but who knows if corey would really want that action....i know jessie bowman asked to play corey at derby city and corey wanted the 8-ball so who knows.....

I was going over to watch that match. When I got there, they told me Corey wanted the 8. But I had some info that there were other issues that prevented the match from coming off. I would have loved that match-up. Although I believe it to be a toss-up, I give a slight edge to Jesse. Sam

Although I would LOVE to see it, I have just let it go and come to the conclusion that it will never ever happen.

thats odd that they wont play must mean that they think they are evan talent wise! i think either 1 of them will get played if they come to sioux falls!
just a hunch i have!

Are you talking about Shane?
I stood with them for a long time and each of them were saying the same exact thing to each other. They were both willing to play, but Shane would not match up with him on a bar table, and Jesse would match up with Shane on a 9 footer, that was the only point neither would give on. Other than that I thought I might get to see some good action.

As for Corey and Shane, will I can't really say much on that except an opinion, and that is that I think Corey would have a slight edge because of his seasoning, but if Shane stays and everything looks like he will, he will probably be right up there soon.
I think he should come down to Fl, and play on the Seminole tour for a while and get some time in with players as strong or stronger than him. That would do wonders for his IPT.

jesse vs. corey

jess and corey would be exciting to watch! I'm a fan of jesse having played him many times in the past 4 years. that being said ,I still give the edge to corey, jess isn't seasoned in playing top pro's for big$$. jess doesn't kick as good or play percentages as well. It doesn't mean he can't win, just think he is a bit the underdog. just an oberservation from a unbais jesse fan

just curious... has axex p and corey ever matched up? just think that would be a good match.

I'm not aware of them ever matching up, they are good friends and used to be road partners back in the day.

if they played " back in the day" , it was in their respective past lives ...

lol, sorry i meant alex, obviously everbody knew what i meant though..

i would really just like to see these two play for the fun of it.... i think then we would get to see them both try some crazy shots they normally wouldnt go for in a money game.
