Corey Deuel's amazing 8 Ball runout

Not entirely sure. Never used one. That said, I think it basically mimicks the glassy feel of a glove/CF combo. So in essence it allows you to death grip a closed bridge but experience a total lack of skin induced skidding as you stroke.
People just need to do some more hard work with their hands if they have too much cue shaft friction. I never have a problem with my hand sticking to my cue shaft but I think I also sand it down with my bare hand too. ;);)
 
the four railer is the easiest to execute. the timing shot and the masse are lower percentage.
I could never look at the table and think "I'm gonna shoot this ball into that ball, that ball's gonna bump into the other ball, then this ball will bounce back into the other ball, knocking that ball into this hole." I can hit the four railers a lot more than you would think, given the other shots I miss, but knowing the exact path well enough to know none of the other eight balls are in the way is what makes that shot amazing.
