Are cork wraps better then leather ?

that is going to depend from person to person as it is a "feel" thing.

I'll tell you that cork will not last forever thats for sure, and it is prone to getting really dirty being that its porus.

Any good cue maker should be able to do a cork wrap tho. Ask around the cue makers forum they will give you prices and advice.
