Cornerstone's Szamboti

I haven't been on Cornerstone's website in a long time and saw they had Andy Grubb's old Szamboti for sale.

I was fortunate enough to hit with this cue in 1998. I was just a snot-nosed kid, but Andy let me bang balls with it at Starcade Billiards. At the time I didn't know a Szamboti from a Meucci....LOL. Didn't really appreciate until years later what I had a chance to play with.

Andy played with this cue every day, and I think two of those shafts went un-played. Andy was really a super guy. I know he has to be missed down there in Ft. Walton Beach. RIP Andy Grubbs and heres to a great cue.

that was a great cue it shipped out last week!
 
Well, I hope the new owner really appreciates it, and I'm sure at that price they will. Worth every penny in my opinion. That is one cool Szam.
