No doubt he can, but why not just have Joey do it? I believe he's back in the biz. Buy a "partial" from Predator and send it to Joey in Chicago. Not sure if this contact info is still good, but it's a place for you to start.

I would have Joey do it but he is already working on truning down the shafts I got orginally from 13 mm to 12.6 mm, I should get them back sometime later this week. I also wanted to see if I could have someone do it that already has a partial instock. I ordered my new Cog a couple of months ago and Joe was great to deal with and his cues are the triple nutz.
