Does anybody have a personal review of a Cousins cue they have owned or played with?
I have shot a couple balls with one a long time ago but I just want to see what other people might think about the hit and the value of them now.
I believe there aren't many being made right now. If you have photos available can you post them?

from what i've heard from people that own them (i've only hit balls with 1 but i agree). the play better than they look. meaning some of the colors don't compliment each other like most people like but they play really well.

i don't think i've ever seen one for sale ... if that means anything to you. i mean SW cues sell almost every week (given that there're more of them out there) but nobody seems to want to let go of their cousins cue

Cousins Cue Review

I agree I have heard a couple people say the colors in the woods don't match up or the combinations are just odd.
But if the cue hits good then that might be a minor concern.

I have one. It is very well made. Points are long and sharp, veneers are very thin. Kingwood with birdseye points and little green oval inlays. I've had it about 10 years. Stiff hit. A great cue.

IT is the cue in the center of these pics, if they come out that is.
These pictures really don't do it justice. Under pool table lighting the woods are very pretty. Black with green spec wrap, 3/8 flat face joint. Butt is a wee bit thicker than most, shafts give a stiff crisp hit.
