The BCA rulebook states that in the game of cowboy... "On all shots, the player must cause the cue ball to contact an object ball, and then the cue ball OR object ball MUST contact a cushion."
Is this a typo or does it mean that a rail must be contacted after the shot whether or not a ball was pocketed? In other words, is this rule there to prevent someone from just hitting simple straight in shots on the 5-ball over and over and over?
And by the way, has anyone ever played a "perfect" game of cowboy? i.e. 101 points in one turn at the table.
