Cowboy / Scoring 11

Recently my sparring partner and I have tried out Cowboy for a change. Great game.

However it’s curious how 11 points could be scored in a single stroke. According to the scoring rules, the CB must contact all three balls and all three must be pocketed. 9 points for each OB face value (1, 3, 5) and one for each carom.

I honestly cannot think how this could be accomplished in a regular course of a game. But could it be set up, like a trick shot? Any thoughts?

There are several trick shots where the cue ball pockets three object balls without any OB-OB contacts. Here's one that's at least 50 years old:

There are others where the balls are not sitting in pockets but they require more careful setup.

There is a game played in Taiwan that includes three OBs and double caroms, but it is hard enough to do the double carom and probably impossible in a game to also pocket all three OBs. I think in the Taiwanese game you must not also pocket the OBs, but I'm not sure.
