I had a cue refinished and the cracked joint collars repaired. To my suprise after six months of sitting in a case and not being used, the joint collars are cracked again,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Whats up ?
Pressure from the type of glue/epoxy used! That's my guess!billfishhead said:I had a cue refinished and the cracked joint collars repaired. To my suprise after six months of sitting in a case and not being used, the joint collars are cracked again,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Whats up ?
Same thing happened to me with my Huebler years ago. Replaced the shaft once, and the collars twice. Eventully gave up and put the cue to bed. I would be interested to hear any explanation as well.billfishhead said:The joint collars are cracked again ?
