I have put a "Create Your Custom Cue" link on my website. It allows you to design and price your cue right there. We have several inlay designs and prices up now with more to come later. It starts with the basic $500 cue with wrap or Basic Full Splice cue with no wrap $500 and you add your custom options. The full splice cues are spliced and built from scratch in our own shop. I just wanted to find out what you guys think about it.

I like how straight forward this is. You cover alot of options and even show examples of your inlay work. The concept is great.

You did ask for opinions, so I will give both sides. The presentation could be much better. It will take the buyer quite a bit of navigating and note-taking to accumulate the info they want for their cue. I believe it would be easier to use with a set format. This way the buyer selects each option on one page as as they get to it. For example:

Cue
_ Plain _ 4 point _ 6 point
Forearm Wood
_ Cocobolo _ Birds eye _ Bubinga
Handle
_ Wood $$$ _ Leather $$$ _ Ivory $$$
Etc...

Definitely not a deterrent as this is very detailed and I really like the fact that you show examples of inlays and pricing.

I like your idea. I will have to think on it and see if I can figure out how to make it easier. Any other suggestions appreciated.

I added a couple of more basic cue starter options and moved the Cue Glossary to page ten and started a direct links to pages on page one. It is a work in progress and I appreciate your input.
